What is Forest Aisle like?

Forest Aisle sits along a natural corridor of trees that gives this cabin its name. When you step onto the deck, the trunks line up on either side like columns in a cathedral, and that sense of being surrounded by the forest carries through every part of the stay. Inside, the open floor plan is anchored by a double-sided wood-burning fireplace with a wood mantel and slate hearth, warming both the living room and the queen memory foam bed with its iron frame and green accent wall. Bear and fox prints hang above the bed, and a wreath and nature-themed decor round out the woodland feel. The hanging egg chair sits near the fireplace, and a gray sofa with throw pillows, a floor lamp, and a leaf artwork piece make the living area feel settled and inviting. The kitchenette has white cabinets, black appliances, a full-size fridge, a microwave, burner plates, and open shelving, with a sliding glass door that lets in the forest view. The bathroom has a tub-shower combo, a glass vessel sink vanity, and a green accent wall that ties back to the bedroom. The covered deck features the private hot tub, rocking chairs, and string lights that glow through the trees at night. Two Roku TVs are included, one in the living area and one near the bed. A fire pit with bench seating and a charcoal grill sit in the yard below. Forest Aisle is a great fit for couples who want a modern cabin where the forest is always in view. Pets are welcome, and the flat rate covers all your pets for the entire stay.

Forest Aisle has a modern navy-painted exterior with a metal roof, set on a gravel pad surrounded by tall hardwoods that turn yellow and gold in fall. The covered back deck with the hot tub looks straight into the tree line, and the fire pit sits in a mossy grass clearing just beyond the cabin.

"The address listed took us to the wrong cabin, and it took us a little bit to locate the correct cabin. The location was beautiful once we did find it however. The cabin was clean, and well put together when we arrived. The hot tub was a nice addition, perfect after a day of hiking. Couple of biggish negatives, in addition to the directions not being very helpful in locating our cabin. The shower did not have hot water the entire time we were there, which was rough after the hot tub. The sliding patio door does not have any kind of curtains or blinds and offered essentially no privacy which also sucked. It is also directly across from the bed, so the first night the patio lights were shining in my eyes the entire night. Were these couple issues addressed I would absolutely come back and stay here, the cabin was very cute, affordable, and was within thirty minutes of pretty much everything we wanted to see in the hocking hills region."

"The Forest Isle cabin was a fantastic weekend getaway for the wife and I. It was very peaceful and we were surrounded by nature on the back patio. The hot tub was clean and provided an extra level of relaxation to our trip. The cabin itself has a very open layout and it was clean."

"Overall, for the price, the stay wasn’t bad. There were a few things I wish were mentioned before we booked or would have been taken care of before hand. It does not mention the random holes in the walls around the house, facing the toilet and over top the shower. The shower drain did have mold in it and the towel rack kept falling off the wall. Also, the door is very finnicky but did lock and I liked the electronic lock. The bedding was clean, and so was the kitchenette for the most part. Brittany responded very quick and was helpful. My two biggest problems were the lack of curtain on the back sliding glass door, and the hot tub gave me some sort of skin infection all over my body. I think for the price, this cabin is worth it. Just don’t use the hottub."

"Very secluded and beautiful area about 30 minutes from main attractions in the area. Cabin was small but sufficient for our needs and the hot tub was clean and worked well. Kitchen could have a few more items for guest to use and maybe a couple of extra blankets and pillows."
