Avenwood Cabins is a family and veteran-owned property of 14 private cabins on a single wooded estate in New Straitsville, Ohio, about 35 minutes from Old Man's Cave. Every cabin is pet-friendly, has its own hot tub on a private deck, and sits on its own lot inside Wayne National Forest. A $50 flat fee covers all pets for the entire stay, with no per-pet charge, no weight limit, and no breed restriction. Six newer cabins feature a double-sided wood-burning fireplace and a hanging egg chair. Eight original cabins have full kitchens and themed interiors. The Getaway House is the only cabin that sleeps four, with a pool table and fenced yard.
Hot tubs, fireplaces, and chef-ready kitchens come standard. The only thing missing is the noise.
